Tony holds a Bachelor of Laws from China and a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. He was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in December 2018 and has since dedicated his practice exclusively to immigration law.

As of 1 November 2024, Tony has been officially recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law, placing him among Australia’s leading legal professionals in the field. This prestigious accreditation highlights Tony’s exceptional skills and commitment to delivering the highest standards of legal services to his clients.

As a former international student and first-generation immigrant, Tony has firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by new immigrants and international students throughout the visa application process. With over 16 years of experience in the legal profession, Tony is known for his meticulous attention to detail, sharp analytical skills, and exceptional legal research capabilities. Over the course of his career, he has successfully handled more than 1,000 immigration cases, helping over 100 families settle in Australia.

我是黄雨文律师（Tony HUANG），我在2012年从中国华东政法大学取得了法学学士学位，又在2018年从澳大利亚新南威尔士大学取得了职业法律博士学位（Juris Doctor)。我目前是澳大利亚新南威尔士州高等法院注册律师（Solicitor of the NSW Supreme Court)。我在中国和澳大利亚有着超过10年的法律从业经验。

从2018年起，我开始在澳大利亚移民法领域深耕，至今处理移民案件超过千起，帮助数百个家庭成功定居澳大利亚。
